1. General Information
FW Made (“we,” “us,” “our”) creates handmade products, digital files, and custom artwork. By using this website, you agree you are at least 18 years old or using the site with permission from a parent/guardian.
2. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Each item is individually created by hand. Slight variations in color, lettering, spacing, or materials are natural and part of the charm of handmade goods.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- Items may vary slightly from listing photos.
- Colors may differ depending on your screen.
- Custom work requires your approval before production.
3. Order Processing & Turnaround
Processing times vary by product and season:
- Ready-made items: ship in 3–5 business days
- Custom items: 7–14 business days depending on complexity
(Processing may be longer during holidays or high-volume seasons.)
If you need a rush order, please contact me before purchasing.
4. Shipping
FW Made is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages once scanned as delivered
- Weather or holiday-related shipping issues
Tracking is included with all orders.
If a package is lost in transit, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to help however I can.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Corrections
Because items are handmade and often personalized:
- Refunds and exchanges are not offered.
- Digital products are non-refundable.
However —
If your order arrives with a noticeable flaw, error, or defect:

You must notify me at info@fwmade.art within 24–48 hours of delivery and include photos of the concern.
Corrections do not apply to:
- Normal handmade variations
- Damage from improper handling
- Mistakes on custom items after you have approved the proof/mockup

6. Digital Products
- All digital downloads are for personal use only.
- You may not resell, share, or redistribute them.
- Due to the nature of digital delivery, digital items are non-refundable.
Commercial licensing is available upon request.
7. Custom Orders & Proofs
Some custom pieces include a proof/mockup for your review.
Once approved:
- Changes cannot be made
- FW Made is not responsible for spelling or content errors you approved
8. Pricing & Availability
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Custom quotes are valid for 7 days.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, lettering, designs, photos, and digital files on this site belong to FW Made.
You agree not to:
- Copy or reproduce
- Resell or claim as your own
- Use artwork commercially without permission
10. Privacy
Your personal information is used only for processing orders or sending emails you opt into.
Your information is never sold or shared.
