Shipping Policy

FW Made ships primarily within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location.

Processing Times

  • Ready-made items: ship in 3–5 business days
  • Custom items: 7–14 business days
  • High-volume seasons (Nov–Dec): processing may be extended

Rush orders may be available; email before purchasing.

Tracking

All orders include tracking once the carrier scans the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

FW Made is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered but missing
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If USPS/UPS delays or damages your package, please open a claim with the carrier. I am always happy to help guide you through this.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Local Pickup (optional)

If you plan to offer pickup, we will arrange accordingly. Just let me know!
